Alcohol might definitley help some people…

But I wouldn’t need any drugs, I love getting up and dancing and acting like a crazy person!

Like Tom says, alcohol helps some people. BUT – there’s some research though that it’s down to *thinking* you’re getting drunk rather than being drunk. A group of people were told they were being given alcohol but it was only flavoured water – and they were more likely to dance than people who knew they just had water.

Alcohol does seem to encourage people but I think they still have to want to shake anyway. As soon as some people start doing it then more and more can’t stop themselves!

I don’t think you need anything to help with the Harlem shake, I do dafter dances for my one year old daughter every day.

All those videos of people doing it in their offices would be worrying if they needed Alcohol or something else to help them do it!
