      Yes I do! I like all cheeses except stinky strong blue cheese. But my friend Kat is sat next to me now and is saying that blue cheese is the best, I think she is silly.

      A good cheese toasty is really nice. And home made pizzas with lots of mozzarella is great.

      Those guys are stinky – who wants to eat something that tastes like mouldering feet? Cheese is OK but I prefer jam.

      mmmmm cheese! Yum. Not when I lived in America though…. American cheese was plasticy and weird!

      Yes, cheese is great. My favourite cheeses are the ones with crunchy crystals in. I think these are crystals of an amino-acid, glutamate. It gives cheese its tangy taste and is responsible for the Umami taste that makes some foods really savoury tasting.
