I spent 7 years there – 4 for my BSc degree and 3 for my PhD – that’s 20% of my life so far (and yes, it does mean I’m really old!)

I’m still there. Three years for my undergraduate degree, 4 for PhD and the seven post-PhD as a researcher.

After school I went to University and I’m still there now, in my 8th year. I went to York for 3 years, Helsinki in Finland for 1 year and now in Leeds for 4 years. So I’ve moved around a bit too.

I did 3 years there for my degree, then I did a 1-year masters and I’m not in my 3rd (and final) year of my PhD, so 7 years in total.

I’m still here!! 3 years for my BSc, 4 years for my PhD, 2 years for my first postdoctoral position in the USA, and I’ve currently done 1 year at my second postdoc…so that’s a grand total of 10 years (in 2 countries). I WIN!
